‘World Health Day’ is marked every year in the month of April. In assembly this morning we explored the articles on the Convention of the Rights of the Child to see which ones linked to health and well-being. We learnt all about Article 24 and how to keep our bodies healthy by eating nutritious food, drinking 2 litres of water a day, getting the recommended amount of sleep each night and exercising :)
