- As part of our programme working with Sustrans we will be taking part in the Big Walk and Wheel which starts on Monday 21st March. We encourage as many children to travel actively to school over the next two weeks. You are all already doing a great job at this with our Share the Walk event so let’s keep up the good work. In class we will be recording the number of children who walk, cycle or scoot to school each day and we will have a chance to win prizes from our Sustrans officer.
We understand that it doesn’t suit everyone to travel actively from home so you might like to park at a safe place around the village and walk to school from there.
Remember Steven will be coming to school on Friday 18th March for Cycle Skills with Mrs Speers’ class and a Dr. Bike session with those who are completing Cycling Proficiency with Mrs Hawthorne. 🚴
