In school today we had a special visitor. Ian Patterson allowed us to meet his two owls and we learned interesting facts about what they eat, how they fly and where they live. Some pupils were very brave and held the owl on a glove. Thank you very much for visiting our school, everyone loved the experience and had lots of fun. Mrs Hawthorne felt the safest option was to hold her own classroom owl, maybe she will be a bit braver if the owls come back to visit!
