Dear Parent, this year are aiming to continue to develop our Accelerated Reading Library in Tobermore Primary School. We are therefore asking parents and friends of the school to donate any old novels to the school that are no longer being used at home.
All books must be in good condition and can be brought into school at your earliest convenience.
As I mentioned, these books will be used to enhance the Accelerated Reading Programme, that has been running in school over the past few years. The aim of this programme is to encourage children to read, while also enhancing understanding and comprehension of the books they are reading.
Books can be brought into class teachers or left at the office with Mrs Robb.
