It is that time of year again to have a good clear out in the wardrobes!
If you have any unwanted items, you can put them into bin bags and leave them into school on or before Wednesday 16th October 2024. These will be collected by Cookstown Textile Recyclers, one of the Eco school program partners, who will sort and recycle the items.
Our Eco committee are then given an amount of money depending on the weight of bags collected and this money will go towards our Eco club projects in school.
what can you put in the bag?
- Bags and shoes (please tie shoes together with laces)
- Hats and belts
- Towels and curtains
- Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers)
- All types of clothing (even with holes!)
