We had a super day celebrating 'World Book Day'. We talked about the importance of feeding our brains not just our stomachs. Comics, posters, menus, labels are like a lunch to our brains and books/novels are like a roast chicken dinner! Mrs Speers read her favourite children's book, 'Aliens Love Underpants' - can you spot what some of us were wearing on our heads? Then we all had fun while we designed our own alien, made a list of things we would take with us on a rocket into space, made a bookmark and designed our own underpants! Mr Cheevers popped in to see what all the giggling was about!
