Today representatives from the school were invited to our local Spar by Richard Henderson and his staff to accept a very generous cheque. The donation was greatly received and will be used to help refurbish our ICT suite. Two members of our Board of Governors, Mr Montgomery and Mrs Brown, were also in attendance.
Mrs Stewart, manageress, very kindly gave the children some treats for their good manners.
The staff from Spar came back to school to see some of the changes that had already been made to the ICT suite (benches, curtains, carpet, paint etc). This was followed by a well earned cup of coffee and a bun to celebrate the generosity of everyone involved.
