Rakia and Sarah from Chest, Heart & Stroke came to Mrs Hawthorne’s class to complete the second week of The Chester Challenge. This week we were unlocking the codes to the treasure chest by learning important information on physical activity. We were in the jungle and using different monkey moves and travelling to get our heart rates up. Everyone had great fun while getting some of their daily, moderate physical activity which is so important for our children.
