We were excited to have the girls from Chest, Heart & Stroke in school today to deliver the Chester Challenge to the children in Primary 4 & 5. They learnt lots of interesting information about eating healthy and the importance of exercise.
They also completed a very informative session with P6 & 7 on smoking and vaping.
Primary 4 & 5 are looking forward to completing the challenge over the next number of weeks.
