Today was our final session of The Chester Challenge. The children unlocked the secrets to good health and earned the 10 gems of knowledge. Rakia and Sarah presented the class with a special certificate and a sticky bug to remind them to eat their 5 a day. We really enjoyed taking part in this challenge and learnt lots of very important information on how we can keep healthy and active. We even found out the recommended amount of caffeine our teachers are allowed! 😳 ☕️
