Collection of Pupil's Books and Return of Reading Books

1st Jun 2020

In order to collect children's please take note of the following:

1 - You will require a bag to collect each child’s work

2 - Enter the school through the main entrance and make your way to the assembly hall. Here you will find the different classes spread out around the hall with your child/children’s work. It is important that only one adult enters the school

3 - Once you have collected your child/children’s books, leave via the Emergency Exit at the back of the hall. Do not attempt to walk back to the main entrance as we want to maintain moving in the one direction.

4 - Work can be collected at the following times on both days

P1 and P2 - 10am to 11am

P3 and P4 - 11am to 12pm

P5, P6 and P7 - 12pm to 1pm

If you have other children in a different year group, you are permitted to collect their work at this time.

5 - We can only allow one adult into school from each family. Additionally, please do not spend any more time in the school building than is necessary.

6 - P7 will also be able to collect their ‘Transition Booklet’ to support them in their preparation in moving to Post Primary.

7 - School Reports will be given out later in June, using similar arrangements and any reports that have not been collected will be posted out later on that week.

We hope that you can come a collect these books or the times and dates selected. This will help to get the school cleared in preparation for our summer clean. If anyone has any problems or issues regarding collecting work, please email me on icheevers766@c2kni.net

Please also ensure you return any reading books that your child/children may have that belong to the school.

Many thanks and keep safe,

Mr Cheevers
