P5/6/7 loved this interactive zoom lesson from Fresh Little Minds. We learned about how we can deal with big feelings and take time to relax our brains. We even got our blankets out for some fun, relaxing breathing exercises. Thank you so much to St. Columba’s Primary School for joining us and Fresh Little Minds for running this session.
