It was wonderful to see so many people in attendance for our Harvest Assembly. We thank you all for your support and encouragement. The children were a credit to not only the school but parents as well.
A massive thank you to the Reverend Carmen for her both entertaining and informative Harvest talk. Children, staff and parents really enjoyed your amazing pumpkin carving! Blue Peter would have been jealous of your skills and ability.
Also a thank you to our Chairman of the board of the board of governors Mr Montgomery for such lovely words at the end of our assembly.
A special mention to P1/2 who spoke out so well to such a large crowd of people. We hope to hold more of these events throughout the school year allowing the children to grow in confidence when speaking to a large audience and raise self esteem.
We hope you have a fun and relaxing half term.
