It was great to welcome Richard from Sustrans back into school today.
The children in Year 6 and 7 were learning about how exercise affects our bodies.
The children were able to find out where their pulse was in their body and how this was used to find their heart rate. Pupils in Year 6 and 7 then completed a variety of activities to see how their heart rate was affected.
They made predictions, recorded these and compared them to the other activities.
