We started the day with our ‘Nurture in 5’. The children really enjoyed the warm up, the stretches, hands on and the relaxation sessions. There were lots of sighs and positive thoughts. The children then enjoyed some art work as they painted their 3D clay pet models. What better way to relax? 🤗👩🏻‍🎨
