We have been learning about 1st, 2nd and 3rd through teddy races. The children have been learning to recognise and name the numbers and letters used for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. They had to place the correct name card beside the teddies and alternatively place the teddy in the correct position. In groups of 3 the children were given the name cards and had to order themselves into either 1st, 2nd or 3rd place.
