P1/2 Making Curds and Whey!

P1/2 have been learning all about Little Miss Muffet this week and got the chance to make some curds and whey. We heated up our mixture and were able to see the curds starting to form. The pupils could separate the curds from the whey and were able to explain the process of how we made it! Unfortunately, no pupil wanted to try our lovely mixture…
