P1& P2 Enjoy Play

This week in school the children in P1&P2 learned about the role of the dentist and how to have healthy teeth as part of their topic, ‘People Who Help Us’. They enjoyed a variety of play activities which included; role play (the dentist surgery), sorting food for healthy/not healthy teeth, people who help us jigsaws, cleaning teeth, creative/art collage pictures, cutting/sticking/matching people who help us and their equipment etc. The children also enjoyed learning how to keep their teeth healthy and effective brushing techniques. Next week they will be learning about the coast guard and the RNLI.
