We all had a fantastic day at Crawfords. The children were given a lovely warm welcome and there was much excitement as they put on their aprons and hair-nets! After that we all went on a tour of the bakery and the food stores. The children got to sample cake, enjoy eating delicious pancakes made especially for us by Mr Anderson (Daisy-Lee's dad) and decorate their own gingerbread man to take home. As if that wasn't enough Mr Crawford gave us a huge box of apples on the way out! We can't thank the staff (especially Mr Anderson for making the trip possible) enough for their care and provision of all the exciting activities. There was one downfall though ... all the extra calories from the delicious breads and pastries!!!
