We had a great morning with Richard from Sustrans! Richard spoke to the boys and girls about the importance of keeping fit and healthy and getting at least one hour of exercise each day. They had fun learning about their heart and the types of exercise that made their heart rate go fast. They scooted, walked, ran and rested! Thank you Richard, we all really enjoyed it!
