Pupil Questionnaire

17th May 2020

Hi everyone, thank you to everyone who has completed the Parent Questionnaire over the past few weeks. If you still wish to complete it and send it back to school, you can do so to icheevers766@c2kni.net.

Following on from this I would like to ask you to work on the Pupil Questionnaire with your child/children.

There is a questionnaire for Year 1 to Year 4 children and for Year 5 to Year 7 children.

Year 1 to Year 4

  • Children will type what Year Group they are in and their Gender.
  • Children will answer the question by either saying 'YES,' 'NO,' or 'DON'T KNOW.' They can select their choice by adding an X into the box.
  • At the end of the the questionnaire, please help them type what 'they love about their school' and what 'they would change about their school.

Year 5 to Year 7

  • Children will type what Year Group they are in and their Gender.
  • Children will answer the question by either saying 'YES,' 'NO,' or 'DON'T KNOW.' They can select their choice by adding an X into the box.
  • Please encourage your children comment if they feel necessary on any of the questions they have been asked and also referring to their own answer. E.g.
    • Question 25 - Do you enjoy being at school most days?                  Answer - Yes
      • I enjoy being at school because I like seeing my friends and taking part in all the fun activities we do in Year 6.
  • At the end of the the questionnaire, please type what 'they love about their school' and what 'they would change about their school.

Please can you email these back to me on by Friday 29th May 2020

To make this even more interesting, we will have a draw in September for a special prize for every child who has sent back their questionnaire. So don't miss out!

Many thanks for your support with this as this will help develop the school even further through the creation of our School Development Plan.

Take care,

Mr Cheevers
