Resources from Community Sports Network - Energise Programme

Over the period of lockdown, the staff in Tobermore Primary School took part in some training fro the Energise Programme.This programme was organised by the Community Sports Network and the Northern Health & Social Care Trust. The workshop provided the staff with the knowledge and resources to deliver the Energise Programme.

The Energise Programme combines health and nutritional messages with practical activities. The staff are looking forward to showing this to the children and letting them take part in the fun activities.
