Special Assembly Visitor : Pastor Murphy

Mr Dennis Murphy came to our assembly to deliver a special Christmas message. He had each letter of the word ‘Christmas’ printed on card which we helped to hold up. We gave lots of words that began with each letter related to Christmas e.g. crackers, reindeer etc.

We then held up the letters of ‘Christ’ and Dennis reminded us that this is the most important word for us to remember as the birth of Jesus was the most important gift given to each one of us on that very First Christmas.

We should remember to keep the word ‘Christ’ in Christmas this festive season as he is the reason for the season.
