We are super proud of Callum who received a 'Highly Commended' award at The Seamus Heaney Homeplace today. As part of the Tafelta Festival local schools were invited to create a story based on history of Magherafelt. The stories were all sent off and were read and judged by local authors and poets. We were delighted to attend a celebration ceremony today when all the prize winners read their stories. We also got some lovely refreshments and a goodie bag each for submitting our stories.
