Today the children from P1&2 had a fantastic day at Glen Primary School. This was the first event of our 'Set Educational Project' organised in conjunction with the staff from Speedwell. The activities were centred around the theme of 'Teambuilding' and the children from both schools worked really well together and established new friendships. There were some physical games which included working in pairs to get the ball into the bucket without using their arms or hands and building a pyramid together, in teams of eight, using plastic cups. Lastly they had lots of enjoyment making a Christmas tree collaboratively, before enjoying a game of musical statues. Thank you so much to Glen primary school for a lovely warm welcome and to the staff of Speedwell for the fantastic activities. We all had a super day and can't wait for our next session together.
