Thank you Tobermore Primary School

30th Oct 2018

Over the past two years I’ve thoroughly enjoyed teaching the children of Tobermore Primary School who are a credit to themselves and their families.

I want to say thank you to all the community of Tobermore Primary School. Thank you for all the support you have shown me since the first day I started right through till now, the support has been brilliant and overwhelming at times.

A special thank you to parents, the P.T.A and board of governors who support this school so much. Your support is greatly valued and our school would not be able to provide the super learning experiences for the children without your help and guidance.

This school is very much embedded in the community and in turn gets such great help and support from the local churches, businesses and the fabulous link with our Tobertinys group and our shared education partners in Straw and Maghera.

It would be wrong for me to single out any particular child or children. I see myself as having been incredibly lucky and fortunate to have taught the children and have gotten to know them all very well. I will greatly miss our chats and the fab news they had to tell me. I have great memories from Tobermore and will look back on them fondly.

I wish all of the children a wonderful successful educational journey and hope for the best for their future.

Thank you to Mr Montgomery for his kind words in his closing remarks in Harvest Assembly and to Annabel, Aaron and Mathew for doing a great job when presenting the gifts.

Thank you so much for the very generous gifts and touching cards I have received. I have been blown away by the generosity and thoughtfulness.  I'd also like to thank you all for making me feel part of the Tobermore Community during my time here.
