Tobermore Primary School PTA were awarded a grant of £1140 from The Honourable The Irish Society, which is a grant-giving charity working for the benefit of County Londonderry and neighbouring areas and in most years it makes around 100 small grants to groups or individuals.
The PTA are very thankful to the society for their continued support as we also received a grant in 2018 for our outdoor classroom and with this grant we have purchased picnic tables, Samba goal nets and covers for our picnic tables.
This award is greatly appreciated by the whole school community and the new equipment will enable the school to continue to provide excellent facilities and to strive to enhance the outdoor learning experience for our children.
