Updating Pupil Passwords

Resetting the password.

If you need to change your child’s C2k password, when at home, simply go to

https://services.c2kni.net/ums

Enter your child’s username, current password, your new password twice, the verification code and then click ‘Change Password’.

Remember the new password must be;

• at least 8 characters long and,
• cannot be a password that has been used before.

If there are any problems please contact the school and we will try to solve it as best as we can.
