Annie Quinn from the USPCA very kindly came to talk to the boys and girls in P1-P3 today about the great work the organisation does. We learnt all about how the USPCA was started and the different roles/jobs it has in the community, from rescuing different animals to re-writing legislation. It was extremely informative and interesting. The children were really engaged and enjoyed all the stories Annie told them. Annie was really impressed by the children’s questions and their current topics on birds and pets. A huge thank you to Annie for coming all this way, we really enjoyed your visit.
