Today marked the end of our ‘Readon Initiative’ in conjunction with Cancer fund for Children Charity. It was a great success and a wonderful amount of money was raised, with details of the exact amount to follow. To celebrate the day children came into school dressed as a character from their favourite book. We had a great array of well known characters as well as some very unique and original ones too. The children all got up in assembly in front of their peers to display their chosen characters. Many thanks to all the parents for their hard work getting the children ready and for all the generous donations. Enjoy the photographs of all the many wonderful characters we got to meet today.
