It was lovely seeing the children dressed up as their favourite book characters today. They all looked fantastic! We had a lovely ‘World Book Day’ assembly followed by a parade to show off our costumes. The children then enjoyed listening to stories and poems from Jean who works in Maghera Library. They all did different activities in their classrooms before we gave out some prizes for costumes and book covers. Well done to everyone for the fantastic costumes and book covers! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
