Please find below a reminder of information for Year 7 parents regarding their visit to Magherafelt High School on Wednesday 30th November.
On Wednesday 30 November 2022, we are inviting Primary 7 pupils to attend a Taster Day at Magherafelt High School, during which they will be given the opportunity to experience some aspects of our Key Stage 3 subjects and meet our teaching and support staff.
Parents should drop their child off at Magherafelt High School at 9.30 am and collect them again at 2.00 pm.
Unfortunately, in the current economic climate we are not able to provide transport to and from primary schools and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
During the visit your child may be taking part in Physical Education and they should arrive wearing their school uniform and their trainers. They will not need to bring anything to eat for break or lunch as food will be provided. If, however, your child has any specific dietary needs or food allergies, we would ask that they bring their own food, best suited to their needs. Please also ensure that any pupils requiring Epipens, inhalers etc, bring these with them on the day. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
