Today a wonderful team came from Tobermore Baptist to deliver a special message to the boys and girls. They took us on an ‘Amazing Journey’ where we got to meet some biblical characters. The journey started with God’s beautiful and perfect creation of the world to the story of Noah … imagine our surprise when he suddenly appeared and told us about God’s instructions to him and his wonderful promises! The journey took us all the way to the birth of Jesus and eventually his death on the cross. The children were reminded of God’s love for them and his abundant promises. They got to dress up as biblical characters and taste some food from bible times. Huge thanks to everyone from Tobermore Baptist who came along today and the team for arranging this special event and bringing it to Tobermore Primary School.
